Based on a communication mapping associated with the first user, it is determined whether the second user is allowed to communicate with the first user using the first identification. The communication mapping indicates authorized users allowed to communicate with the first user and respective identifications allowed to be used by the authorized users. The account used by the first user in the communication is obtained to initiate the communication with the first user. The account used is obtained in response to determining that the second user is allowed to communicate with the first user using the first identification.
