  • Publication number: 20250151797
Abstract: An atomizer includes: a housing assembly, a liquid storage cavity and an atomization cavity being formed in the housing assembly, the atomization cavity having an air inlet and an air outlet that are provided coaxially; a heating element arranged in the housing assembly and in communication with the atomization cavity and the liquid storage cavity, separately; and a sealing bar including an integrated connection structure. When the sealing bar is at a first position, the sealing bar passes through the atomization cavity in an axial direction of the atomizer, and the sealing bar is in elastic sealing fit with the housing assembly at the air outlet and the air inlet, separately. When the sealing bar is at a second position, the sealing bar is completely detached from the atomizer.

  • Publication number: 20190055512
Abstract: The current disclosure provides methods, compositions and kits for substitution of cell membrane lipids in living cells. The current methods and compositions further provide methods for the efficient exchange of lipids with the endogenous lipids present in the outer leaflet of the cellular membrane. The methods and compositions of the current disclosure facilitate the exchange of lipids within the cellular membrane with those present in cyclodextrin-lipid complexes, which enables the utilization and analysis of membrane lipid composition, as well as the effect of altering the membrane lipid composition in living cells.
