The pivoting member is released when the slide plate abuts the stop block. The resilient member forces the position hook to engage with the stop hook. When the dust filter is pressed into the receiving recess, the dust filter pushes the latching member to slide backward and away from the sidewall, the resilient member is deformed, and the latch disengages from the block, then the resilient member is restored to push the dust filter to slide partially out of the opening.
