Abstract: The present application belongs to the technical field of new energy vehicle motors, and discloses an aluminum alloy for casting a motor rotor in a new energy vehicle and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum alloy includes 0.05 wt %-0.06 wt % titanium, 0.04 wt %-0.06 wt % boron, 0.15 wt %-0.5 wt % silicon, 0.01 wt %-0.08 wt % iron, 0.5 wt %-0.7 wt % copper, 0.3 wt %-0.5 wt % magnesium, 0.01 wt %-0.2 wt % zinc, 0.02 wt %-0.12 wt % manganese, and the balance of aluminum. By adding new elements and adjusting the ratio of the elements, the strength of the cast aluminum alloy is enhanced, and meanwhile, the excellent electricity conductivity can also be kept.

Abstract: A method and device for monitoring operation of a wind power bearing holder. The method includes: performing multi-cluster head assisted tracking at multi-point locations on an operation state of the wind power bearing holder via a plurality of sensing chips preinstalled in the wind power bearing holder to obtain point location tracking information; perform point location-related motion vector correction and prediction on orthogonally covered point location tracking information to obtain a circumferential motion trajectory of the point locations; performing irregular trajectory filtering processing on a current circumferential motion trajectory to obtain an ideal circumferential motion trajectory; and comparing locations of probability centroids between an ideal circumferential spatial region and a predicted circumferential spatial region, to obtain operation monitoring information of the wind power bearing.

Abstract: A window inspecting method and device for a bearing holder are disclosed to solve the technical problem that windows of existing bearing holders are generally inspected manually, which consumes manpower and makes a quality inspection slow. The method includes: comparing and matching each window image in an initial window image set with each other; selecting a plurality of anomaly-matched window images from comparing and matching results to obtain a plurality of anomaly window images; identifying and labeling an anomaly region image in the anomaly-matched window image to obtain an anomaly-labeled region; performing window anomaly classification on the anomaly-labeled region to obtain a window anomaly type; photographing an anomaly window corresponding to a window anomaly type for a second time to obtain an actual window anomaly image; and performing two-dimensional coordinate system related ray localization to obtain position information of the anomaly window.
