    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a resource scheduling method, user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: determining a resource scheduling priority of UE according to location assistance information of the UE, where the location assistance information of the UE is used to indicate a location relationship between the UE and an edge area of a high-frequency coverage area; and allocating a time-frequency resource to the UE according to the resource scheduling priority of the UE. In the embodiments of the present application, a resource scheduling priority of UE is determined according to location assistance information that is determined according to a location relationship between the UE and an edge area of a high-frequency coverage area, so that the edge user of the high-frequency communication blind area has relatively desirable user experience.
