The data procured from the real-world problem is clustered and classified into an ontology of the determined knowledge model. The foundation defines a sector-shaped mounting depression in which the main bench body is mounted, and an iron floor is arranged under the main bench body. This invention can better simulate actual driving surfaces and accommodate two-axle, three-axle, four-axle and other types of trucks or tractors.

When a conflict is detected, a predefined criteria may be selected for resolving the conflict, the predefined criteria comprising rules to select one of the ontology based inference and the rule based inference to maximize a probability of accurately processing the claim adjudication request in case of a conflict.

By means of pre-coating the binder on the surfaces of expanded thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer particles according to the present invention, the weight of the binder can be reduced, and the properties of the expanded thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer particles can be utilized to the maximum extent.
