The method includes: acquiring video image data including a monitored target and at least one object (11); acquiring behavior information of the at least one object when it is determined that the at least one object enters a target area corresponding to the monitored target (12); marking video frames in which the at least one object is included when it is determined that the behavior information indicates that the at least one object climbs the monitored target (13). By marking the video frames in the video image data, the behavior of the object climbing the monitored target can be found in time, and the management efficiency can be improved.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method for video moving object detection based on the statistical characteristics of image pixels. It can better adapt to changes in environmental lighting, and meanwhile have a better tolerance for dynamic backgrounds in the environment. The present invention first classifies pixels according to the different brightness change trends shown by the reflective characteristics of objects in the image, and then establishes reference points in each category according to the characteristics of each pixel point, and finally for dynamic background points in complex situations etc., based on the characteristics of its brightness value switching back and forth between different objects, using the idea of the Gaussian mixture model to analyze the change category to which the points belong. The invention does not need to update the model in real time, with rapid detection, and good adaptability to complex scenes.

In essence, metal is anchored on light-absorbing carrier in a single atom form under irradiation to produce the single atom catalyst. In the disclosure, the non-noble metal single atom catalyst is prepared by using a photochemical synthetic route for the first time. The single atom catalyst synthesized in the disclosure is dispersed on the surface of photoactive substance. Using nickel single atom as a co-catalyst in photocatalytic water splitting to produce hydrogen, the cost is low and the catalytic efficiency is greatly improved compared with other types of non-noble metal modified composite photocatalysts.
