    Abstract: A method and apparatus for adjusting an exposure gap in the manufacture of display panels. The method includes: setting a detection range of a detector based on a thickness of a substrate, wherein a position of a waveform corresponding to the thickness of the substrate is outside the detection range; in case a position of a waveform corresponding to a target exposure gap is outside the detection range, setting an intermediary exposure gap within the detection range; adjusting the exposure gap during detecting the exposure gap by the detector until the exposure gap is equal to the intermediary exposure gap, wherein the exposure gap is a distance between the substrate and a mask plate; and adjusting the exposure gap to the target exposure gap based on a difference between the target exposure gap and the intermediary exposure gap.

    Abstract: A substrate detection device and a substrate direction method are disclosed in the embodiments for achieving a wide-range high-compatibility detection of leads in a peripheral circuit region of a liquid crystal display. The detection device comprises a converting unit configured to calculate a gray scale of a gray image of a circuit lead region of a substrate based on the gray image of the circuit lead region of the substrate, and to convert the gray image into an image of leads in the circuit lead region, based on a difference between the calculated gray scales of the leads and of the substrate in the circuit lead region; and a judging unit configured to judge a state of the leads in the circuit lead region based on the image of the leads in the circuit lead region.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a lift pin and a display panel production equipment, each of which reduces electrostatic ions located on a back side of a substrate and effectively avoids electrostatic ions and particles generated by a friction. The lift pin includes a body having a hollow structure, and at least one opening provided on at least one of a top end portion and a lateral side portion of the body. The opening controls gas flowing through the hollow structure of the body to blow out from the opening in order to remove static electricity between the lift pin and the adjacent equipment.
