Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display; a remote controller; a controller. The controller is configured to receive a first command for fitness training, cause the display to present one or more modes including a follow-up mode and an exercising-while-watching mode for selection; in response to selection of the follow-up mode, cause the display to show a first window and a second window disposed on a first user interface for receiving a focus move command from the remote control, with the first window displaying a first video associated with fitness training and the second window displaying a second video associated with image data from a camera; receive a volume adjustment command; in response to the focus being on a volume control for the first or second video, adjust a volume of the first or second video in response to the volume adjustment command. A method for controlling the apparatus is disclosed.

Abstract: Disclosed are a display apparatus and a method for displaying a user interface. In response to a preset instruction, the display apparatus acquires local images to generate a local video stream, plays a local video picture, and displays a graphic element for identifying a preset expected position in a floating layer above the local video picture. When the moving target exists in the local video picture and an offset of a target position of the moving target in the local video picture relative to the expected position is greater than a preset threshold value, a prompt control for guiding the moving target to move to the expected position is presented in the floating layer above the local video picture according to the offset of the target position relative to the expected position.

Abstract: A display apparatus, including: a display configured to display a video; a user input interface configured to receive a command; a remote control comprising a plurality of buttons; a controller in connection with the display, the user input interface and configured to: receive a command for obtaining information associated with one or more character objects in the video currently displayed on the display of the display apparatus, wherein the video is displayed in a video play window in the video layer; in response to the command, cut a target image in the video play window, to recognize an object in the target image; continue playing the video in the video play window in the video layer, and display a character name of a first character object recognized from the target image in a first layer over the video layer.

Abstract: A method for displaying a message on a smart television and a smart television are disclosed. The method includes: in response to an instruction for displaying a message received during a video call, determining a window type of the video call displayed on a television screen interface; determining whether a first window of the video call shields a predetermined message display position during display of the first window, based on the window type; in response to the first window shields the predetermined message display position during display, determining a current message display position that is not shielded by the first window on the television screen interface; and displaying a message alert box corresponding to the instruction at the current message display position, and the message alert box is not shielded by the first window.

Abstract: A Lactobacillus plantarum strain AR113 with protection effect on apoplexy. The Lactobacillus plantarum strain AR113 deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) under CGMCC Accession No. 13909 on Mar. 22, 2017. The Lactobacillus plantarum AR113 strain can increase the antioxidant enzyme activity of brain tissue, reduce the level of oxidation products, activate the Nrf-ARE signal pathway, and regulate the relative expression of antioxidant factors Nrf2, NQO-1, and HO-1. Additionally, it can down-regulate the mRNA expression of pro-apoptotic factors Cyt-C, Caspase-3 and Bax, and up-regulate the relative expression of anti-apoptotic factor Bcl-2, thereby improving brain cell damage caused by cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.

Abstract: A preparation method of Antrodia cinnamomea water-insoluble dietary fiber. After ethanol and water extraction, Antrodia cinnamomea wastes are dried and superfine-comminuted to obtain Antrodia cinnamomea waste powder. The waste powder treated with NaOH solution containing NaBH4 is extracted it twice to obtain two extracts. The two extracts are combined and an appropriate amount of glacial acetic acid are added for neutralization. The extracts are centrifugalized and precipitate is collected. After washing the precipitate with ultrapure water, the precipitate is dissolved with LiCl-DMSO. The precipitate that is insoluble in the LiCl-DMSO solution is dialyzed and freeze-dried to obtain the water-insoluble dietary fiber component ACA-IDK of Antrodia cinnamomea. The LiCl-DMSO solution is subjected to ethanol/DMSO fractional precipitation, and then the precipitate is collected and dialyzed. The water-insoluble dietary fiber component ACA-DK of Antrodia cinnamomea is obtained after freeze-drying.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for processing a video call on a smart television and a smart television. In the method, a first call interface displayed in a full screen is switched to a second call interface displayed in a floating layer, and a call window on the second call interface is configured not to be able to obtain a focus; and when a user operates a frontend page, the call window on the second call interface will not be selected, however, all buttons or options of the frontend page located underlying the second call interface can be selected by the user.
