Abstract: A bogie and a rail vehicle, wherein the bogie includes: a framework, a wheel pair connected to the framework, a braking hanger fixed to the framework, a hanger slider used for fixedly connecting to a vehicle wheel braking clamp, and a transmission member; the hanger slider is connected to the braking hanger, and the transmission member is connected to the hanger slider; a first end of the transmission member extends to a side surface of a vehicle wheel in the wheel pair, and the transmission member is used to drive the hanger slider to move along the lateral direction with respect to the braking hanger when the first end is subjected to a thrust applied in the lateral direction by the vehicle wheel, so that the vehicle wheel braking clamp moves to a position corresponding to the vehicle wheel.

Abstract: A ground rail transfer device includes: a support rail provided on the ground and used for unloading a vertical load of a bogie in a rail vehicle; a guide rail provided on the ground and used for driving the bogie to perform a rail transfer operation; and a transition plate provided on the ground and located between a first rail and a second rail which are different in a gauge; wherein a difference between the top surface height of the transition plate and the top surface height of the first rail is equal to a distance between a wheel rim vertex circle and a wheel tread of the rail vehicle.

Each end board includes two coaxial semicircle boards having two different radiuses, that is, a large semicircular board and a small semicircular board which are joined together at their diameter; the side board includes a first round sideboard and a second round sideboard, two inlets/outlets, i.e. a first inlet/outlet and a second inlet/outlet, are formed at the ends of the first round sideboard. The rotor includes a rotary shaft, a rotary wheel and at least two blades, a service channel forms between the rotary wheel and the second round sideboard, and a return channel forms between the rotary wheel and the first round sideboard.
