    Abstract: A cigar tobacco leaf harvesting maturity identification method and system based on integrated learning are provided. The method comprises: acquiring an image of a cigar tobacco leaf to be detected, and preprocessing the image of the cigar tobacco leaf to be detected; carrying out vectorization dimensionality reduction on the preprocessed image of the cigar tobacco leaf to be detected, and extracting RGB and HSV eigenvalues to obtain a feature set; carrying out feature dimensionality reduction on data in the feature set by using a Wrapper algorithm to obtain an initial data set of the image of the cigar tobacco leaf to be detected; and inputting the initial data set into a trained random forest model, and outputting a maturity identification result of the image of the cigar tobacco leaf.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a high-yield integrated production method for cigar wrappers. This method builds a “four in one” production facility system that integrates seedling cultivation, transplanting, drying, and fermentation processes of cigar wrapper tobacco leaves. The system has a light intensity of 75-160 ?mol/(m2·s), a temperature of 25±5° C. and a relative air humidity of 75%±10%; when transplanting tobacco seedlings, using a nutrient solution, which is a high iron boron nutrient solution with an iron content of 0.3-0.7 mM calculated as Fe and a boron content of 9.5-13.0 mg/L calculated as boric acid. The invention achieves a cigar shell yield of over 65%, a 40% reduction in production facility investment, and a 20% reduction in labor force by accurately regulating the production environment and the supply of growth factors such as nutrients and light.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a thermosensitive submucosal injection for endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), relating to the technical field of regenerative medicine. The specific method involves constructing a novel thermosensitive submucosal injection solution capable of sustained-release hemostatic drugs and growth factors using high-pH chitosan, polyvinylpyrrolidone, calcium ions, and disodium ?-glycerophosphate. This injection has very low viscosity, does not require special injection devices, is able to be injected using conventional endoscopic injection needles currently used in clinical practice, and exhibits high injection rate. Additionally, after being injected into the submucosal layer, this injection rapidly forms a high-strength hydrogel under body temperature, more stably supporting the raised state of the mucosal layer to facilitate ESD operations.
