Abstract: This application discloses a configuration information subscription method and apparatus. The method includes: a client obtains a subscription request message, where the subscription request message includes first indication information and second indication information, the first indication information is for indicating subscribed first configuration information, and the second indication information is for indicating subscribed second configuration information associated with the first configuration information; and sends the subscription request message to a server. According to the solution in this application, when subscribing to the first configuration information, the client can subscribe to the second configuration information through association, so that subscription efficiency of the configuration information is improved.

The method includes: A management device generates a request message, where the request message includes a quantity of list entries, identification information, and an offset. The management device sends the request message to a network device, where the request message is used to request, from the network device, a list entry that is in a list identified by the identification information, that uses the offset as a start location, and that is indicated by the quantity of list entries, and a total quantity of list entries included in the list is greater than the quantity of list entries. The management device receives a response message corresponding to the request message from the network device, where the response message includes a list entry requested by the request message.

Abstract: A Yet Another Next Generation (YANG) module management method includes that a first network device determines a target YANG package in a second network device. The target YANG package includes at least two service-related YANG modules. The first network device generates a processing instruction for the target YANG package, and sends the processing instruction to the second network device. The processing instruction includes an identifier of the target YANG package. The identifier of the target YANG package includes a name of the target YANG package or the name and version information of the target YANG package.
