According to the technical solution of the disclosure, the filtering device and the electromagnetic wave device with the harmonic oscillator are good in structure stability. Swinging of a harmonic oscillator sheet layer is low in loss. The Q value of the harmonic oscillator prepared by the disclosure is high; and loss of a resonant cavity, the filtering device and a microwave device with the harmonic oscillator is obviously reduced.

By using the harmonic oscillator in the application, a permittivity can be effectively increased and a resonance frequency of a cavity filter can be decreased, thereby implementing miniaturization. Moreover, for an electromagnetic wave in a TM mode, a frequency can be decreased and an electromagnetic loss is not affected.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an antenna device, which comprises an array antenna and a power divider. The array antenna comprises a plurality of antenna units, and each of the antenna units comprises a conductive sheet engraved with a groove topology pattern, conductive feeding points and a feeder line. The power divider is adapted to divide a baseband signal into a plurality of weighted signals and then transmit the weighted signals to the antenna units arranged in an array via the conductive feeding points respectively. By arraying the antenna units and using the beam forming method, the directionality of the antenna can be designed as needed through phase superposition between the antenna units; and then, a reflective metal plate is provided on the back side of the antenna so that a back lobe of the antenna is compressed. In this way, the miniaturized antenna array can obtain a high directionality.

The functional layer comprises a plurality of sheet layers parallel to each other, and each of the sheet layers comprises a sheet-like substrate and a plurality of man-made microstructures arranged in an array on the sheet-like substrate. The sheet-like substrate comprises a plurality of unit blocks, and each of the man-made microstructures and a corresponding one of the unit blocks occupied thereby form a unit cell. Refractive indices of the unit cells arranged in a first direction in each of the sheet layers decrease gradually. Each of the unit cells has an anisotropic electromagnetic parameter. Through use of the metamaterial of the present disclosure, deflection of the electromagnetic wave can be achieved.

    Abstract: An antenna comprises a medium substrate and grounding units attached on the medium substrate. The antenna further comprises a metal structure attached on the medium substrate. The metal structure comprises an electromagnetic response unit, a metal open ring enclosing the electromagnetic response unit and a feeding point connected to an end of the metal open ring. The electromagnetic response unit comprises an electric-field coupling structure. This design increases the physical length of the antenna equivalently, so an RF antenna operating at an extremely low frequency can be designed within a very small space. This can eliminate the physical limitation imposed by the spatial area when the conventional antenna operates at a low frequency, and satisfy the requirements of miniaturization, a low operating frequency and broadband multi-mode services for the mobile phone antenna. Meanwhile, a solution of a lower cost is provided for design of the antenna of wireless communication apparatuses.

    Abstract: A polarization converter made of metamaterial, including a base material and a number of artificial microstructures disposed on the base material. The artificial microstructures can influence the electric field vector of plane electromagnetic wave propagating in it. The electric field vector of the electromagnetic wave can be decomposed into two non-zero orthogonal components on one or more planes perpendicular to the incident direction of the electromagnetic wave, the orthogonal components can be parallel and perpendicular to the optical axis at the position where the artificial microstructure located. After the electromagnetic wave passing through the polarization converter made of metamaterial, the two orthogonal components have a phase difference ?? different from before incidence, thereby achieving mutual conversion between the above electromagnetic wave polarization methods.
