  • Publication number: 20040247687
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the production of active ingredient-containing pellets by the steps of a) suspending or dissolving a pharmaceutical active ingredient in a dispersion, which contains a cationic copolymer, b) dropping said dispersion, containing the pharmaceutical active ingredient and the copolymer in an aqueous polymer solution, which contains an anionic copolymer, incompatible with the cationic copolymer, so that active ingredient-containing pellets precipitate and c) separating said active ingredient-containing pellets from the aqueous polymer solution and then drying said pellets. The invention also relates to said pellets and the use thereof in diagnostics or cosmetics, as well as pharmaceutical forms which contain said pellets.

  • Patent number: 6543783
Abstract: A sealing ring having a sealing body with a dynamically stressed sealing lip made of an elastomeric material which at least partially surrounds a toroidal supporting body. The supporting body has a slope facing the sealing lip, and the sealing body has a dynamically stressed sealing bulge which is adjacent with an axial distance on the side of the sealing lip facing away from the space to be sealed. The sealing bulge is in contact with the face to be sealed under an initial elastic stress. The sealing bulge is arranged axially between two radial planes which axially delimit the slope.

  • Patent number: 6345825
Abstract: A sealing arrangement including a ring gasket having at least one dynamically stressed sealing lip which is in sealing contact with a first machine element. A multipole ring made of a magnetized elastomer material is connected to a carrier ring and is moveable past an rpm sensor for detecting rotational movement of the first machine element relative to a second machine element. The carrier ring has an essentially C-shaped profile which is open axially in the direction of the ring gasket and is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first machine element. A first leg of the carrier ring is connected to the first machine element has an end which is adjacent the sealing lip at an axial distance.

  • Patent number: 6063399
Abstract: An adhesive binder for dermal or transdermal therapy systems consists of the following components:(a1) 55-99.9 wt. % of a (meth)acrylate copolymer of a structural (meth)acrylate or a functional (meth)acrylate monomer, wherein the functional monomer has a tertiary or quaternary amino group,(a2) 0.1-45 wt. % of an acid group-containing acrylate or (meth)acrylate polymer or copolymer, and(b) 25-80 wt. % of a plasticizer, based on the sum of (a1) and (a2).

  • Patent number: 5993849
Abstract: The invention relates to an adhesive and binder for dermal or transdermal therapy systems, that includes (a) 85-99.9 weight % of (meth)acrylate copolymer of structural and functional monomers, where the functional monomers have tertiary or quaternary amino groups, (b) 0.1-15 weight % of an organic dicarboxylic or tricarboxylic acid, and (c) 40-70 weight %, relative to the total of (a) and (b), of a plasticizer.
