Abstract: An auxiliary contact mounting block for electromagnetic switching devices, having a housing comprising two shells, a hook, which is able to mate with a marginal ledge of the switching device while facing the switching device during mounting, and a ratchet, which latches with parts of the switching device in the mounted condition. The ratchet and the hook are premolded as whole pieces on respective ones of the two shells. A bezelled crossbar is premolded in front of the entry slot for the supply leads on the shell with the ratchet so that the entry slot is divided into two entry slots for the supply leads.

Abstract: An electromagnetic switchgear having a housing and a movable magnet part guided in the housing along a direction of motion. A contact bridge carrier is coupled to the movable magnet part and has openings. The housing has projections of different heights which extend through the openings in the contact bridge carrier and into sequential engagement with the movable part, to provide for switching-off with substantially reduced bouncing.

Abstract: A contact arrangement for an electromagnetic switching apparatus having parallel offset contact bridges which are held in windows of a contact bridge carrier. These contact bridges are prevented from shifting transversely to the direction of force of a contact pressure spring pushing against a spring cup. The contact bridges are connectable to fixed contact parts. The spring cup is adapted to the offset of the contact bridges and has a separating rib for the contact bridges which extends between the two parallel contact bridges, so that mutual contact of the contact bridges with each other is impossible if diagonally opposite contact parts are welded together when the contacts are opened.

Abstract: An auxiliary switch attachment block for electromagnetic switchgear having a hammer head shaped, positive engagement coupling between the contact bridge carrier of the electromagnetic switchgear and the auxiliary switch attachment block in which the subsurfaces of the free legs of the contact bridge carrier to be coupled, which flank the hammer handle, extend at an angle away from the handle beginning at the head, so that a tilting motion of the hammer head shaped formation relative to the other contact bridge carrier is possible.

Abstract: An electromagnetic switching device includes a mechanism to couple the magnet armature with its contact carrier. A plate spring is provided with cylindrical formations in its mid-section as well as on its opposite ends so that the plate spring can bend beyond its elongated state. This prevents the spring tension from being altered by contact with the ends of the opening of the magnet armature and the ends of the supporting slots.
