  • Patent number: 11801583
Abstract: A workpiece clamping device having a first base body on which a first clamping body is slidably supported in a clamping direction, as well as a second base body on which a second clamping body is slidably supported in the clamping direction. The two clamping bodies are in engagement with a threaded spindle. A contact surface is provided on each base body on the side that faces the other base body respectively. The contact surfaces are arranged with base body distance in the clamping direction. A centering body of the threaded spindle has centering surfaces that abut at one assigned contact surface respectively in order to position the threaded spindle in clamping direction without clearance as far as possible.

  • Patent number: 11712785
Abstract: A workpiece clamping device having at least one base body. A first clamping body and a second clamping body are movably supported on the at least one base body in a clamping direction. A threaded spindle extends along a spindle longitudinal axis. The spindle longitudinal axis is orientated in clamping direction. It has a first thread section for the first clamping body and a second thread section for the second clamping body. A first coupling body has a first counter thread portion and a second coupling body has a second counter thread portion. In a coupling position the counter thread portions are in engagement with the assigned thread section respectively. In a decoupling position the counter thread portion is disengaged from the assigned thread section. In this decoupling position a movement of the clamping bodies is possible without rotation of the threaded spindle.

  • Patent number: 11697188
Abstract: A method for clamping a workpiece that is first provided with depressions, wherein these depressions are, arranged in one row or a field having a grid distance of 3 mm. The grid distance is thereby the center distance of the depressions, the depth of which is preferably less than the length of the depressions measured in direction of the row of the depressions. The distances between the depressions preferably correspond approximately to the length of the depressions. The grid distance of 2.5 mm to 3 mm has proven to be an optimum for a wide range of usable workpieces and materials.

  • Patent number: 11618131
Abstract: An embossing device that serves for preparation of a combined form-fit and friction-fit clamping of a workpiece in a respective clamping chuck. The embossing device includes jaws having embossing teeth that are formed on insertion bodies. The insertion bodies include a penetration edge respectively with which they penetrate into the workpiece surface in order to create a depression with defined dimensions. For this a workpiece contact surface is formed on the insertion body, preferably in the proximity to the bar-like projection that stops the penetration process of the bar-like projection as soon as the workpiece contact surface gets in contact with the workpiece surface during the execution of the embossing process. Then the force required for movement of the jaw increases considerably from which a control device generates a switch-off signal for the operation device.

  • Publication number: 20230001526
Abstract: A clamping device and a method for handling a workpiece or a unit comprising a workpiece and a workpiece holder. An automatic workpiece exchange is enabled by using a tool spindle. For this a spindle adapter is present that can be releasably connected with the workpiece holder. By means of the spindle adapter, the unit comprising the workpiece and the workpiece holder can be transported. The clamping device can be switched between a release condition and a clamping condition by means of a movement of an operating element. This movement can be carried out by means of the tool spindle, in that the tool spindle engages the operating element directly or indirectly by means of the spindle adapter or an operating tool.

  • Patent number: 9162557
Abstract: The drive unit (19) according to the invention for light vehicles, in particular bicycles, comprises a wheel unit (20) and a motor unit (21). The wheel unit (20) includes a gear ring (27) and at least one, preferably two support tracks (31, 35) on which the motor unit (21), which is movably supported but circumferentially fixed to the frame (11), runs. In this way, a wheel-support arrangement for the motor unit (21) is provided. As a result, also with extreme light-weight designs as used in connection with bicycles even in sport applications, a correct engagement between the wheel mounted gear ring (27) and drive pinion (45) is achieved.

  • Patent number: 6162425
Abstract: The composition for permanent shaping of hair contains, as keratin-reducing agent, a compound of the formula (I): ##STR1## or a salt thereof, wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 each represent, independently of each other, H, a straight or branched chain alkyl or hydroxy alkyl group, with 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a carboxyl group, with the proviso that at least one of the R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 groups is not H, n and m are whole numbers from 1 to 3 and X is a bivalent group --O--, --CR.sub.5 R.sub.6 -- or --NR.sub.7 --, in which R.sub.5, R.sub.6 and R.sub.7 are each, independently of each other, H or straight chain or branched chain alkyl groups or hydroxyalkyl groups with 1 to 3 carbon atoms or carboxyl groups. New mercaptoacetamide compounds and methods of making them are also described. The composition for permanent shaping provides a safe and uniform shaping of hair without allergic and sensitizing reactions; it has a skin and hair safe pH range of 6.5 to 9.5.

  • Patent number: 5045699
Abstract: A heat imaging camera (3) for sensing convective conditions in boundary layer flows occurring on wind tunnel models (2), particularly at cryogenic temperatures, scans the model from the outside, thereby detecting the temperature distribution on the model surface. Detectors (9) that are sensitive to the long-wave infrared spectrum range are part of the camera and convert the heat information into electrical signals. The temperature distribution is displayed pictorially and graphically with the help of an evaluation unit (50). The detectors (9) are grouped in a detector mosaic (10) in the camera (3).
