Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are an RNA replicon for improving gene expression, and a use thereof. The RNA replicon comprises: 5? and 3? untranslated regions; a non-structural protein gene coding region, a subgenomic promoter and a target gene coding region. In the present invention, a PCR site-directed mutagenesis technique is used to introduce the non-structural protein region mutant replicable RNA, which is transfected into mammalian eukaryotic cells by means of Lipofectamine 2000 or nanoparticles, so as to significantly enhance the expression of cytokines and chemokines including GM-CSF, IFN-?, IL-2, IL-12, IL-15 mediated by downstream subgenomic promoters, and can be applied to treatment of tumors, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, hereditary diseases or cardiovascular diseases.

The method includes the following: After determining that a timer expires, a terminal device determines, based on transmission capabilities of an LTE link and an NR link, a data amount of a data package transmitted on the LTE link and the NR link. The transmission capability of the LTE link is determined by the terminal device by transmitting a first detection data package on the LTE link before the timer expires. The transmission capability of the NR link is determined by the terminal device by transmitting a second detection data package on the NR link before the timer expires. The second detection data package is obtained through duplication based on the first detection data package. The terminal device sends same data packages to different communication links to detect transmission capabilities of the communication links.

Abstract: A collimation and calibration integrative apparatus for container inspection system includes a collimating block; a calibrating block; a base plate; a motor and a plurality of supporting units fixed on the base plate; a transmission unit coupled to the motor for transmitting movement from the motor to a bearing plate, characterized in that the apparatus further includes: a sliding plate having one end connected to the bearing plate and the other end slidably fitted to guide rails provided on the base plate; a stationary plate fixedly connected to the sliding plate, wherein the collimating block and the calibrating block are provided on the stationary plate to form an integrative structure and an assembly gap is formed between the collimating block and the calibrating block, whereby the collimating block and the calibrating block on the stationary plate are driven by the transmission unit and the bearing plate to be moved integrally.
