Abstract: A mounting apparatus for securing a component in a cushion to a device and includes a receiving module, a fetching module, a control module, a positioning module, and a mounting module. The fetching module is moveable to catch the cushion. The positioning module includes a stage and a pair of positioning members. The pair of positioning members is moveable between a locked position in which the pair of positioning members is deviated from the stage. The cushion being located between the pair of positioning members and the stage and an unlock position in which the pair of positioning members is located on the stage to position the cushion. The mounting module secures the cushion on the stage to the device.

Abstract: A rivet binding and upsetting apparatus includes an operating platform, a feeding module, a pushing module, and a transmitting module. The operating platform includes a bottom plate. The feeding module includes a feeding portion for dispensing a rivet. The pushing module includes a receiving portion for receiving the rivet from the feeding portion. The transmitting module includes a rivet gun. The feeding module is moveable in a first direction substantially parallel to the bottom plate, to align the feeding portion with the receiving portion. The pushing module is moveable in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction to align the receiving portion with the rivet gun for upsetting the rivet to bind the rivet in a mounting.

The piston header and an inner surface of the cylinder form a seal to divide the cylinder into a first air chamber and a second air chamber. The cylinder includes a first gas hole and a second gas hole. The first gas hole is connected to the first air chamber, and the second gas hole is connected to the second air chamber. The piston is adapted to slide in the cylinder to generate inner high pressure gas by alternatively supplying outer high pressure gas to the first gas hole or the second gas hole. The tube is connected to the gun header and the cylinder. The tube transmits inner high pressure from the cylinder to the gun header.
