    Abstract: Disclosed are a small peptide miPEP166i and use thereof in plant tissue culture, which relates to the technical field of plant genetic engineering. Through a comprehensive peptidomics workflow, the present disclosure systematically identifies miPEPs in three tissues of 84K poplar. By further translating the sequence within the primary transcript of identified miRNA166i, a root-specifically expressed small peptide, miPEP166i, is obtained. The amino acid sequence of the miPEP166i is as shown in SEQ ID NO.3. Upon verification, exogenous use of synthetically produced miPEP166i promotes the formation and elongation of adventitious roots in 84K poplar. The comprehensive annotation and functional analysis of miPEPs in 84K poplar presented in the present disclosure provide valuable genetic resources for their use in poplar and other forest trees.

    Abstract: A symmetric method for obtaining branch-mean-square-current components induced by sources and loads at individual buses in AC power networks is invented. Two linear expressions of bus injection active and reactive powers in terms of translation voltages and voltage angles of all buses are established at first. Then a linear symmetric matrix-equation model for the steady state of the network is built. Manipulating this model by Moore-Penrose pseudoinverse produces a linear symmetric matrix expression of translation voltages and voltage angles of all buses in terms of bus injection powers. Expressing the branch mean-square current in terms of source's and load's powers by this matrix expression, a symmetric algebraic calculation formula for obtaining the branch-mean-square-current components is produced after manipulating by Shapley value theorem, by which the obtaining of branch-mean-square-current components are achieved.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a biflavone-cobalt complex includes using the amentoflavone as the ligand and the cobalt ion as the central ion, the amentoflavone-cobalt complex is obtained by reaction, and the structure of the complex is characterized by infrared spectroscopy, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry. Meanwhile, the antitumor and antioxidant activities of the amentoflavone-cobalt complex are studied in the present invention. MTT method shows that the amentoflavone-cobalt complex has better antitumor activity, and the antitumor activity thereof is stronger than that of the amentoflavone. Pyrogallol auto-oxidation method, ABTS method and FRAP method show that the antioxidan activity of the amentoflavone-cobalt complex is stronger than that of the amentoflavone itself. The formation of the flavonoid-cobalt complex enhances the antitumor and anti-oxidation activities of the amentoflavone, and is expected to be used in the development of drugs.
