    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an integrated channel apparatus for a non-heat pump thermal management integrated module and an electric vehicle. The integrated channel apparatus includes a first component and a second component, the first component is provided with a channel group that runs through the first component along a thickness direction and a groove that does not run through the first component, the channel group and the groove are used to accommodate a connecting tube. The second component is provided with multiple strip grooves, each strip groove is provided corresponding to two channels to connect the two channels. During use, the integrated channel apparatus is installed in the non-heat pump thermal management integrated module, and the connecting tubes that need to be connected are placed in the two channels and the strip groove correspondingly connecting the two channels.

    Abstract: A multi-way valve includes a valve seat and a valve core. The valve core is rotatably disposed in the valve seat, the valve seat is provided with a plurality of valve port groups, each valve port group includes a plurality of valve ports, the valve core is provided with communication structure groups corresponding to the valve port groups, respectively, and each of the communication structure groups further includes a plurality of communication structures arranged along a circumferential direction of the valve core. When the valve core is rotated to different rotation positions, valve ports in different valve port groups form different communication states. Only one valve core is required to make a two-way proportional valves, three-way proportional valve, and a four-way proportional valve achieve different communication states, with simple control, compact structure and low cost.

The method comprises (1) adding graphite oxide powder into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a GO aqueous dispersion; (2) adding xylan into deionized water, heating and stirring to obtain a xylan solution; (3) adding a water-soluble calcium salt, a reaction monomer and the xylan solution into the GO aqueous dispersion, and stirring and dispersing uniformly under an ice-bath condition, then adding an initiator, a crosslinking agent and an accelerator, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; and 4) drying and reacting the mixed solution (in the step (3) to obtain a xylan-based dual network nanocomposite hydrogel.
