Abstract: The disclosure provides a safe input browser, an operation method thereof, and a computer system having the safe input browser. Upon receiving a command for activating the safe input browser, the pointed site of a specific website is guided to the safe input browser to be linked thereto, so that only web pages of the specific site liked thereto will be shown. Accordingly, users can logon into their frequently used and visited network services to prevent incidents of data theft. Further, the safe input browser supports keyboard inputs with the security encryption function to prevent data from being hacked and side-recorded. It can be further connected to specific sites by a virtual personal network (VPN) or a private line network to prevent attacks of denial of service (DOS) or distributed denial of service (DDOS), thereby facilitating convenience and safety of network transactions.

Abstract: A portable electronic apparatus, a spectrometer combined with the portable electronic apparatus, and a method for detecting quality of an object using the portable electronic apparatus are provided. The portable electronic apparatus includes a laser unit emitting an invisible-light laser light wave onto a surface of a test object to generate Raman scattered light, a grating diffracting the Raman scattered light, a camera lens built-in with an invisible-light filter to capture the diffracted Raman scattered light without the invisible-light laser light wave, a photoreceptor unit forming image information according to the Raman scattered light captured by the camera lens, and a processing unit obtaining a spectrum of the test object according to the image information. The portable electronic apparatus can quickly get the spectrum of the test object so as to detect the quality of the test object.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a method for patching a firmware in a memory device. At least one functional patching program is stored at a read/write memory location inside the memory device, thereby correcting or updating a functional program in the firmware. Once the function is used, it can be directly replaced by the program stored in the memory location without re-burning or replacing the whole firmware so that the purposes of reducing cost and simplifying update firmware can be achieved.
