  • Patent number: 10723572
Abstract: A distribution head of a gravimetric loading system for spreadable bulk materials with a rotatably driven spreader plate, which is composed of a bottom side base plate, which is connected in the central region with the one end of a drive shaft and on which a number of blades evenly distributed on the circumference and with their blade edges approximately in a radially outward direction is arranged. The blade edges of blades are interrupted in the direction of the central axial drive shaft and thus a ring channel extending in the axial direction and free from structures is formed, which channel forms an additional filling and receiving space for the bulk material to be distributed.

  • Patent number: 10577195
Abstract: A loading head (1, 30) of a pneumatic loading system for the uniform introduction of bulk material (49) into the inner space of container sections (45), wherein the loading head (1, 30) is arranged on the free end of a loading tube (12, 73), the outlet connector (7) of which has an outlet opening (10) which is directed toward a distribution head (13, 43) for the lateral deflection of the bulk material into the container section (45), which has an approximately conical deflection surface (15), wherein the distribution head (13, 43) is fastened at least in the direction of the longitudinal extension (X direction) of the container section (45) so that it can be shifted and locked on the loading head (1, 30).

  • Patent number: 8770411
Abstract: A method for the separation of fine particles from granulate-like bulk material conveyed in a pipeline as a product flow by means of a compressed air or vacuum conveyance, characterized in that the product flow is radially dispersed at the intake end of a pipe screen integrated in the pipeline in an airtight manner, and aerated there by a cleansing airflow, flowing at an angle to the direction of the dispersed product flow, in the region of a cleansing plane, which deflects the lighter particles, fibers, clusters, dust or similar items carried in the product flow from the trajectory of the heavier granulate, and conveys said into an annular sheath through which the cleansing air flows, from which they are removed by means of a separator.

  • Patent number: 5775851
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for operating a conveyor pipeline with pneumatic compact-flow conveying, and to an apparatus for performing the method. In this compact-flow conveying, a shunt line is disposed in a bypass around a conveyor pipeline; feed lines branch off from the shunt line and discharge into the conveyor pipeline at regular intervals via associated spill valves. With the aid of Laval ball valves, the apparatus makes a method possible in which by preventive, temporary increasing of pressure by associating and varying certain bypass air quantities at predetermined time intervals, air is additionally blown out into the conveyor pipeline via a determinable number of overpressure valves, so that even during bulk material conveying, the development of plugs can be avoided.
