The display device includes a display configured to display content from a broadcast system or network and/or a user interface; one or more external device interfaces, configured to communicate with one or more external devices according to a communication protocol, where the communication protocol includes a Bluetooth protocol and an infrared protocol; and at least one processor, in connection with the display and the one or more external device interfaces, and configured to execute instructions to cause the display apparatus to perform the control method.
