The adapter has a front cowling (1294) and a rear body (1295) which is substantially U-shaped in cross section and has two side walls (1226a, 1226b) connected together by an upper wall (1226c), said front cowling having a front wall (1294a) which is configured to extend in front of said rear body and to define with said body a longitudinal space (1296) for receiving at least a part of said cover. The adapter is notably applied in an assembly having a wiper arm and/or a wiper blade.

Abstract: Adapter (826) for a windscreen wiper, in particular a motor vehicle windscreen wiper, comprising a body configured to be mounted in a yoke of substantially U-shaped cross section of a wiper arm, said body having a substantially U-shaped cross section and having two side was (826a, 826b) connected together by an upper wall (826c). The upper wall has a fastening means configured to be housed in at least one through-orifice of said yoke, said fastening means having two separate elements (850e, 850b, 850c) that protrude from the upper we and respectively bear a contact surface (850b1, 850c1) for contact with an edge of one and the same orifice in the yoke, at least one (850c) of said two separate elements being flexible. The adapter can be applied in an assembly having at least one wiper arm and/or a wiper blade.

Abstract: A first device for a system for connecting a blade to an arm of a windscreen wiper is disclosed. The first device includes means of articulation configured to interact with complementary means of a second device of the connecting system, in order to define an axis of articulation of the first device in relation to the second device, which is an axis of articulation of the blade in relation to the arm. The first device includes first means of abutment configured to interact with the second device to maintain the first device in relation to the second device in translational movement in the axis of articulation, in a first direction, and second means of abutment configured to interact with the second device to maintain the first device in relation to the second device in translational movement in the axis of articulation, in a second direction counter to the first direction.
