    Abstract: A wobulated signal generator includes a chain of delay elements and control circuitry. The chain of delay elements includes first delay elements, second delay elements, and third delay elements. The control circuitry, in operation, enables a number of the first delay elements, disables a number of the third delay elements, and enables a selected number of the second delay elements, defining a period of time between two consecutive rising edges of a digital wobulated signal at an output of the wobulated signal generator. The control circuitry monitors an average frequency of the digitally wobulated signal, and selectively modifies the number of enabled first delay elements and the number of disabled third delay elements based on the monitored average frequency of the digitally wobulated signal.

    Abstract: A height access device enables motorized access to the driving station of a tower crane atop a mast formed of superposed mast elements. It includes a lift cabin installed inside the mast of the crane and movable vertically along the mast. The height access devices further includes a working platform positioned above and separably connected to the lift cabin. A coupling device provides a non-permanent connection of the working platform to the lift cabin and immobilizes the working platform relative to the mast at a required height. The height access device enables the crane driver to ascend and descend with the lift cabin alone when disconnected from the working platform and with the lift cabin and working platform together, particularly during the assembly and dismantling of the mast.

    Abstract: A method of installing and removing concrete blocks involves using handling device that is equipped with means for attaching and suspending a concrete block and which itself comprises a protective barrier placed temporarily on the concrete block to safeguard the operations of detaching or attaching this block. The barrier advantageously has safeguarded lateral access of the safety bow type that comes into register or alignment with rungs with which the concrete blocks are equipped. The method keeps an operator safe while installing and removing stackable concrete blocks, particularly an operation in which the concrete blocks are stacked on a base chassis of a tower crane.
