  • Patent number: 11863474
Abstract: A system, method and non-transitory computer readable media for facilitating network connectivity in a split architecture fronthaul network (102) comprising a plurality of cells (118-1 to 118-5, 120-1 to 120-5) and one or more BBU hubs (108A, 108B), each hub comprising at least a BBU (110-N, 112-M). An example cell allocation process (400B, 500A) is configured to assign cells to the hubs sequentially, i.e., a hub must be completely full (e.g., with respect to certain predetermined capacity such as port utilization) before adding cells to any other hubs. Once a hub is full, the allocated cells are further assigned to the individual BBUs of the hub also sequentially (500B). An optimal cell allocation map (418) is thereby obtained, which may be used in (re)configuring the connectivity between the cells (118-1 to 118-5, 120-1 to 120-5) and the hubs/BBUs (110-N, 112-M).

  • Patent number: 11684485
Abstract: A surgically implantable spacer including an upper and lower saddle member. Each of a proximal end and a distal end of the saddle members are hingeably assembled to respective upper and lower control arm members. The upper and lower control arm members pivot about a respective proximal and distal pivot member. Spacing between the proximal and distal pivot members is controlled by a control member. The control member is preferably threaded. As the pivot members are drawn together by the control member, the upper and lower saddle members separate from one another. Once one end of each of the upper and lower saddle members contacts the surface of the joint, the other end of each of the upper and lower saddle member can continue to separate until complete contact and sufficient support is provided to the opposing surfaces of the joint.

  • Patent number: 11129728
Abstract: A surgically implantable spacer including a primary body, a normal positioning member, and a translative positioning and locking control member. The normal positioning member is slideably assembled to the primary body, wherein the normal positioning member slides in a normal direction. The locking control member is slideably assembled to the normal positioning member. Projections of the locking control member seat in one of a series of positioning notches. The series of positioning notches are arranged in a stair step arrangement. As the locking control member is driven forward, the locking control member is raised by the projection and notch arrangement, thus raising the normal positioning member. This motion increases a span between a bottom surface and a top surface of the surgically implantable spacer.
