    Abstract: Handle assemblies for dehumidifiers and methods of operating dehumidifiers are provided. In some embodiments, the method includes (1) positioning a first dehumidifier on a top surface of a second dehumidifier; (2) aligning a wheel of the first dehumidifier to a recess on the top surface of the second dehumidifier; (3) positioning a first handle assembly of the first dehumidifier at a first location; and (4) positioning a second handle assembly of the second dehumidifier at a second location adjacent to the first location. The first handle assembly includes a first center portion and a first side portion coupled to the first center portion.     Abstract: Aspects are directed to methods and devices for post-manufacture processing of 3D printed microfluidic manufactures, resulting in the fabrication of transparent microfluidic chips. The methods include inserting a prepared build plate into a post-processing device, which integrates a brushless DC motor-driven rotating platform within a vacuum-sealed, desiccator. The rotating platform, equipped with a custom 3D-printed Motor-to-Chuck Connector and chuck, spins to apply centrifugal force, removing excess uncured resin while creating a smooth print surface. A UV LED light cures the device in a low-oxygen environment, facilitated by a vacuum source. A custom Graphic User Interface (GUI) provides precise control over spin rate and processing time, enhancing automation and reproducibility. This solvent-free method achieves superior optical transparency, making it suitable for high-resolution microfluidic applications in bioengineering, medical, and pharmaceutical fields.

    Abstract: Stereolithography (SLA)-based 3D printing enables high-resolution microfabrication but faces challenges in multi-material integration and adaptive Z-layer control due to reliance on vats and mechanical stages. We introduce “In-situ 3D Polymerization” (IS-3DP), a novel method leveraging multiphasic laminar flow in a microfluidic channel to fabricate three-dimensional microstructures. By combining in-situ polymerization with an aqueous two-phase system (ATPS), IS-3DP dynamically controls layer thickness through flow rate adjustments, achieving resolutions below 200 ?m. This approach eliminates vats, reducing material consumption by an order of magnitude, and enables rapid multi-material switching without complex printer modifications. Compatible with various light sources and photopolymers, IS-3DP offers versatile applications in bioprinting and microdevice manufacturing, with demonstrated layer-by-layer printing of 3D structures in a microfluidic environment.
