  • Publication number: 20180209403
Abstract: All blades on one side of rotor have good blade angles for gathering wind power. On the other side of rotor, wind turns blades freely so that blades surfaces are parallel to wind direction. There is no need for mechanical means for turning of blades to implements of above operations. This way the wind generator has high efficiency and low manufacture cost.

  • Patent number: 8393233
Abstract: The primary application of this force meter is measurement of fluid flow. A force on the force sensor push the force sensor away from the original position. The deviation of the force sensor is detected by a proximity sensor. An electronic unit takes the position signal from the proximity sensor as a feedback. The electronic unit generates electric current to an electromagnetic anti-torque means. The electromagnetic anti-torque means generates an anti-torque on force sensor to prevent the force sensor from moving away from the original position. A display unit measures the electric current and calculates velocity and rate of fluid before displays the results.

  • Patent number: 8078379
Abstract: A traffic system that helps a driver to save fuel by avoiding red light or by minimized fuel supply before stopping a red light. It predicts the colors of a traffic light and automatically control the speed of the vehicle. The system comprising three kinds of moving sections representing three future colors: green, yellow, and red. The moving sections are moving towards the traffic light. There is a microprocessor in each vehicle to receive messages from the traffic light in front and to calculate an optimal speed to the cruise control in the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 7611472
Abstract: The present invention is an apnea monitor giving alarm when apnea occurs. It uses new designed gas flow sensor and gas differential flow sensor to detect actual airflow from patients nose and mouth. The gas flow sensor and gas differential flow sensor are evolved from a galvanometer utilizing it's structure for sensitivity. The apnea monitor measures the change of chest volume to detect breathing by a conductive rubber string. The apnea monitor also detects the frequency of baby's movement to predict possible apnea.

  • Publication number: 20080227319
Abstract: This new connector was originally designed for coaxial cables. All connectors are identical. None of them has gender. Any connector will fit any other connector. There are a male sub-connector and a female sub-connector in a universal connector for connection of a wire. There is also a lock to keep two conjunct connectors together. The connection of connectors is shielded as well.

  • Publication number: 20080030372
Abstract: A traffic system that helps a driver to save gasoline by avoiding red light or by decelerating before a red light. It predicts the colors of a traffic light and informs about the future traffic light colors that will happen to a driver. The system comprising three kinds of moving sections representing three future colors: green, yellow, and red. The moving sections are moving towards the traffic light. There is a driver advisor in a vehicle displaying the positions of the vehicle, the traffic light, and the moving sections.

  • Publication number: 20080022541
Abstract: A proportional ruler for dividing a length into equal parts or converting a given length into a proportional length comprises a standard ruler scale and proportional scales with specific proportional coefficients. While a standard ruler scale gives a reading of actual length of an object, proportional scales will give a length equal to the actual length over the proportional coefficient. If a proportional coefficient is a whole number, the scale can be used as a divider to divide a length into the whole number of equal parts.

  • Publication number: 20060055557
Abstract: The present invention is a system to predict colors of a traffic light before vehicles reach the traffic light, helping the drivers to avoid stopping at red light. There are three kinds of moving zones: green, yellow, and red defined on the street before a traffic light. The moving zones may be indicated by red, yellow, and green elements (small lights). The moving zones are moving towards the traffic light. Around the time a green zone reaches the traffic light, the traffic light changes from red to green.

  • Publication number: 20050225291
Abstract: The present invention utilizes zener diodes and resistor to solve the unbalance problem in large rechargeable battery cells in series. Usually charging and discharging current to the battery is up to couple of hundred amperes. Fans are used to cool down the temperature. Unbalance will happen after a period of charging and discharging.

  • Patent number: 5461356
Abstract: An electronic alarm system using graphite sensor will be activated when the sensor is either cut, shorted, or touched. A rapid change of the sensor signal will be detected by a differential section when the sensor is touched, but not a slowly drifting sensor signal when the sensor is not touched. A comparing section takes positive or negative signal to activate the alarm system by sending a signal to a output section.

  • Patent number: 5398367
Abstract: A toothbrush comprises both soft and hard bristles. The soft bristles are longer while the hard bristles are shorter. With less force, only the soft bristles are used, giving minor cleaning and gum massaging. With stronger force, the hard bristles will be used, giving more effective cleaning, especially the space between the teeth. The hard bristles are implanted away from the edge of the bristle pattern so they are kept from being bent outward. Some bristles at the edge of the pattern are cut shorter to give the hard bristles a chance to get into space between the teeth.
