The pixel circuit receives a data voltage transmitted by the data signal line and outputs a corresponding current to a light emitting device under a control of the scanning signal line. When a first light emitting unit is in a black state, the data signal line provides a reference black state voltage to a pixel circuit of the first light emitting unit. The driving method of the display panel includes: providing, by the data signal line, a first black state voltage to a pixel circuit of a second light emitting unit when the first light emitting unit emits light and the second light emitting unit is in the black state.
