The light emission direction of at least one of the lamp source and the fluorescent film is provided with a diffusely reflecting layer. The diffusely reflecting layer arranged above the lamp source diffusely reflects pump light emitted from the lamp source, which may enhance uniformity of the pump light. The diffusely reflecting layer arranged above the fluorescent film scatters light emitted from the fluorescent film, scatters the light and distributes the light to a larger range, which may improve light mixing uniformity and improve the uniformity of light emission brightness.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device are provided. The liquid crystal display panel includes a color film substrate, an array substrate disposed opposite to the color filter substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the color filter substrate and the array substrate. The color film substrate includes color filter layers arranged into an upper and a lower layer, positions of the upper and lower layers corresponding one-to-one, and colors thereof corresponding with a same color. A fingerprint recognition unit is disposed between the color film substrate and the array substrate. When fingerprint recognition is performed, the upper layer blocks large-angle reflection light of fingerprints and improve a “signal-to-noise ratio” of reflection light of the fingerprints emitted to the fingerprint recognition unit, thereby improving accuracy of the fingerprint recognition. The liquid crystal display device of the invention includes the above liquid crystal display panel.

The method comprises: forming a highly reflective dielectric film on a driving substrate, wherein the highly reflective dielectric film comprises two transparent organic films and a highly reflective metal film sandwiched inbetween, and the highly reflective metal film is a metal film having a reflective rate greater than 90%; etching vias arranged in array on the highly reflective dielectric film; forming an organic insulating film in the vias and curing the organic insulating film, or coating an organic insulating film on lateral sides of LEDs and curing the organic insulating film; positioning the LEDs in the vias, and fixing the LEDs on the driving substrate, wherein the LEDs are electrically connected to the driving substrate, and the LEDs are insulated from the highly reflective metal film by the organic insulating film.
