First strap ends of the first strap and the second strap are coupled to the first body end, and second strap ends of the first strap and the second strap are coupled to the second body end. The first fasteners are coupled adjacent the first body end. The second fasteners are coupled adjacent the second body end. Each of the second fasteners is releasably couplable to a different one of the first fasteners.
