  • Publication number: 20240130164
Abstract: A display device includes a substrate and a plurality of unit pixels disposed on the substrate. Each unit pixel includes a plurality of sub-pixels, a plurality of light sensing pixels, and a plurality of partition wall members. Each of the sub-pixels includes a light emitting element that emits light and a light emitting area from which the light is emitted. Each of the light sensing pixels includes a light receiving element that outputs a sensing signal corresponding to the light and a light receiving area that receives the light. In a plan view, each of the partition wall members surrounds the corresponding light receiving area and overlaps at least some of the sub-pixels.

  • Patent number: 8750553
Abstract: A speaker device for a mobile terminal enlarges resonance space of a speaker while decreasing a size of the mobile terminal. The speaker device for a mobile terminal includes at least one speaker installed within a main body of the mobile terminal and a speaker bracket installed at one surface of an electronic circuit board mounted within the main body. In addition, the speaker bracket fixes the at least one speaker in place and has housing space to enclose the at least one speaker therein. At least one resonance groove is formed in a portion enclosed by the speaker bracket in one surface of the electronic circuit board. Because resonance space can be enlarged without increasing a size of the speaker bracket, an entire thickness of the mobile terminal can be reduced and thus a size and thickness of the mobile terminal can be decreased.

  • Patent number: 7424314
Abstract: A mobile phone charger with a sterilization function. The mobile phone charger includes a charging current generator and a sterilizer. The charging current generator generates a charging current to charge the battery of the mobile phone upon receiving an input current, and selectively generates the charging current upon receiving a charging initiation signal. The sterilizer is driven by the charging current received from the charging current generator, and sterilizes the battery and the mobile phone at predetermined time intervals. Therefore, the mobile phone charger prevents the propagation of microbes and germs adhered to the mobile phone, and prevents the surface of the mobile phone from being discolored.
