  • Patent number: 10426209
Abstract: Transitory colored extension or wig hair have colors segregated in longitudinal strands of three horizontal sections. Top segment, attached to user's scalp has hair of a first solid color. A bottom segment composed of terminal ends of the hair strands have second solid color. A middle segment have hair strands of a mixture of the first and second solid color and form a transitory color. Transitory colored hair is formed by combining a hair group 1 and a hair group 2. Wherein hair group 1 of a certain length is color processed to a color A and hair group 2, approximately two-thirds the length of group 1 is color processed to color B. The transitory colored hair formed by combining the hair group 1+2 as a combination hair 1+2. The top one-third segment of combination 1+2 is color processing to a color C.

  • Patent number: 10413007
Abstract: A product and process for making a transitorily colored sombre hair extension that creates a natural looking sombre effect. The hair extension comprises a hair bundle consisting of a plurality of hair strands having varied lengths. The hair is colored a first color, the bundle realigned, so that the ends of the hair strands are varied in length at the top portion. Then the top half of the hair bundle is color processed to a second color. Again, the strands are realigned and the varied length hair ends are returned to the tail portion. This results in a sombre colored hair extension with a mid-section of the hair bundle that contains transitorily colored hair with a blend of the first color in the top portion of the hair bundle with the second color in the tail portion of the hair bundle.

  • Patent number: 10058138
Abstract: A hair band with a lateral and longitudinal stretchable foundation carries a plurality of no-looped-hair hairband strips in a brick layered pattern thereby permitting the hairband strips to move, up, down and laterally with the expandable foundation. The foundation, with an elastically attached filament, encircles the user's head. The strips have hairs disposed in parallel on a tape substrate and adhered thereto by a matrix of hygroscopic sealant, glass silk and polyurethane atop to adhere the hairs to the tape substrate. The parallel mounted hairs avoid cuticular scale interference between adjacent hairs which fall beyond the head of the user wearing the hair band.

  • Patent number: 9894951
Abstract: The hair band has a stretchable foundation (lateral and longitudinal) which carries a plurality of hair wefts in a brick layered pattern thereby permitting the hair wefts to move both left-right and up-down with the expanding-contracting foundation. A filament is attached to the foundation which encircles the user's head. One or two elastic members are attached between the foundation and the filament such that, when the hair band is worn, the elastic-foundation establishes a tension fit about the head of the user. Elastic elements are disposed in respective foundation tunnel cloths. The brick layered pattern of hair wefts has at least a top spaced apart weft pattern, an intermediate spaced apart weft pattern and a bottom spaced apart pattern such that respective intermediate spaces are covered by hairs falling downward.

  • Patent number: 9861148
Abstract: A process for creating transitory colored hair that is composed of two different colored hair groups having different length hairs in each hair group, and the hair groups are combined then the top one-third (?) combined hair is dyed or color processed. First, hair group 1 is obtained consisting of hair strands 12 inches to 24 inches in length and color processed to color A. Next, hair group 2 is obtained consisting of hair strands approximately two-thirds the length of hair group 1, which is color processed to color B. Hair group 1 and hair group 2 are combined into one hair piece. Then, the top one-third segment of combined hair is color processed to color B. Optionally, the top one-third segment of the combined hair groups can be color processed to color C.

  • Patent number: 9241525
Abstract: A device for hair addition comprises a band-shaped support comprising a first and a second side, an adhesive surface on its first side, and at least a first and a second partial length which each comprise a portion of the adhesive surface. Further, the device comprises a plurality of hairs which are each fixed to the second side of the support at one of their ends and which extend across and away from the support. The support is gradually plastically deformable until its first and second partial lengths lie flat against each other with their portions of the adhesive surface being arranged in between.

  • Patent number: 8434500
Abstract: A hair band (1) comprises a strip-shaped carrier structure (2) and several hairs (4) which extend from the carrier structure (2) in a main direction (5) running perpendicular to the direction (3) of main extension of the carrier structure (2). The ends (8) of single hairs are stitched through the elastic foil (6) forming the outer layer of the carrier structure (2) and fixed to the carrier structure (2) by gluing them to the foil (6) only. The fixed ends of the hairs (4), at the back side of the foil (6), also run in the main direction (5) of the hairs (4).
