    Abstract: A computer-assisted method for determining dimensional properties of a measurement object using a coordinate measuring machine. An image representation of the measurement object is shown to a user and the user selects a first geometric element of the measurement object, resulting in the display of eligible test features for the selected first geometric element. The eligible test features are automatically determined from a plurality of typical test features stored in a database, by the selected first geometric element being assigned to one of a plurality of predefined measurement elements stored in the database. A defined measurement sequence is generated in a computer-assisted manner based on the test feature selected by the user. Individual measured values are recorded on the first geometric element using the defined measurement sequence.

    Abstract: A protective circuit protects against overheating of the stator windings of an EC motor. The stator windings are connected to a semiconductor output stage which is designed for time-offset control of the stator windings using a driver circuit of a commutation controller. The protective circuit has two redundant sensor circuits, wherein two resistance-dependent sensor elements connected in series are provided in the first sensor circuit and one resistance-dependent sensor element is provided in the second sensor circuit. The first and the second sensor circuits are connected, respectively, to two evaluating circuits separated from each other and cause an interruption of the driver circuit using switch-off means when a system-specific resistance value of the first sensor element or the one sensor element associated with the second sensor circuit is reached.

A control unit is configured to, in a test mode: apply a test current to the reference transistor and one of the power transistors respectively; measure a saturation voltage of the reference transistor and one of the power transistors; evaluate a saturation voltage difference between the measured saturation voltages of the reference transistor and the respective power transistor; evaluate a rate of change of saturation voltage differences between a first iteration of the test mode and a second iteration of the test mode; and determine an expected remaining service life of the power transistors based on the temperature of the support during the test mode and the rate of change of the saturation voltage differences.

    Abstract: A device for measuring an angle and/or the torque acting on a rotatable body is proposed according to the invention, whereby the rotational angle is detected by means of magnetic or optical sensors. In particular, in a preferred exemplary embodiment, two devices (7, 8) are proposed, each of which comprises two optically readable code tracks. The two code tracks (1a, 1b or 2a, 2b) on one device (7 or 8) are similar in design and are offset in relation to each other, so that associated sensors (4) output a digital signal. The rotational angle is calculated based on the lag between the two digital signals. In a further embodiment it is provided that a torsion element (5) having a known torsional stiffness is situated between the two devices (7, 8). Torque transferred by the rotatable body (3) can also be calculated therefore from the angular difference of the two devices 7, 8. The device is used preferably in the steering axle of a motor vehicle.
