    Abstract: A short, multi-color, web-fed rotary printing press for job printing utilizes a vertical stack of bridge printing units which are supported by horizontally shiftable frame sections. The rubber blanket cylinder of each printing unit is at least twice as large as its associated printing cylinder but is always a whole number multiple in size. The printing cylinder in each printing unit rests on the upper half of its associated rubber blanket cylinder.
