  • Patent number: 4876965
Abstract: The present invention refers to a device for the centering of a movable rail section relative to a stationary rail section of an overhead trolley conveyor, notably a lifting station of a trolley conveyor. There is at least one centering body attached to the stationary or to the movable rail section. The centering body has a recess. At the movable rail section and at the stationary rail section, respectively, a centering piece is provided which can be moved into the recess. The centering piece can be rotated within the recess about an axis which extends in the direction of the rail so that it comes into engagement with at least one of the walls of the recess.

  • Patent number: 4071453
Abstract: A diaphragm filtration system includes a pipe and a filtering diaphragm supported substantially coaxially within the pipe and lying, at least indirectly, tightly against the inner pipe wall as filtration proceeds in a radially outward direction. The diaphragm is a sheet member bent cylindrically and having overlapping surfaces; the cross section of the diaphragm is an annulus having a non-continuous area and overlapping ends.

  • Patent number: 4021350
Abstract: In a membrane filter system composed of a plurality of tubular membrane supporting pipes disposed in parallel and arranged to conduct a flow of concentrate under pressure, there is provided a deflection sleeve connecting together the ends of two of the pipes to conduct concentrate between the pipes in such a manner that concentrate is deflected as it passes through the sleeve and such deflection produces forces in the system parallel to the axes of the pipes, and a connecting unit connected between each pipe end and the sleeve for connecting them together and transmitting such axial forces from the sleeve to each supporting pipe.
