Abstract: A locking dog for restraining pieces of cargo in the cargo area of an aircraft is disclosed having a frame in which a locking member is pivotally mounted and can be folded down by means of an actuator flap either upon passage of a piece of frieght or manually by pushing the actuator flap down into an overcenter position in which a spring locks the folded down locking member, the member being released upon pulling the actuator flap up and over the dead center position.

Abstract: The floor in an aircraft having a cargo space is provided with a conveyor system comprised of roller type tracks and an array system of rails superimposed upon the conveyor system. Latch elements positionable in relation to and connectable to the rails in variable positions are provided for sliding on the rails and being fastened thereto in selective positions. The latch elements are constructed for engaging pieces of freight, such as containers and pallets, for latching them into positions as predetermined by the positions of the rail elements.

Abstract: A frame structure is fastened to two rails which normally serve in an aircraft for fastening the seating. That frame structure, in turn, holds a frame element to which is mounted a spring-biased latch hook; the frame element can be fastened to the frame structure in different positions, the latter having also a fixed end hook. The structure as a whole establishes a removable YZ restrainer that is readily adaptable to differently wide cargo pallets or the like.
