    Abstract: A device for exercising the user's thigh, back, abdomen, and arm muscles. The device consists of a stand which supports two struts that are arranged in the shape of a "V". Resistance to movement of the struts is provided by a spring element connected to the first and second struts at respective first and second connections points. At least one of the connections points is adjustable along the length of its respective strut.
