Abstract: A fastener clip for detachably securing functional elements to a support plate through threaded pins rigidly joined to the plate which includes holding members forming channels which receive the functional components and a fastening hole between the channels and adapted to receive the threaded fastener. The fastening hole has an inside diameter slightly less than the outside diameter of the pin and is interrupted by a plurality of apertures extending through opposite side walls of the clip between the channels. Semi-circular wall portions at the end of each aperture define the fastening hole and elastically yield when the clip is forced on the threaded pin.
