  • Patent number: 11888279
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser jointing method that joints two materials while imparting a sufficient strength thereto and minimizing heat influence. SOLUTION: The method overlaps first and second materials (V1, V2) on each other and irradiates the surface of the first material (V1) with a laser light (103) from the side of the first material (V1). When jointing both materials (V1, V2), the method intermittently irradiating an overlapped part of the first and second materials (V1, V2) with the laser light while moving the laser light (103) to form a welding bead (1) on the surface of the first material (V1), wherein the length of the welding bead (1) is formed gradually shorter.

  • Patent number: 8068348
Abstract: An electrical power distribution unit (1) for an electrical system has a printed circuit board (200) with a punched grid (100) arranged thereon. An electrical component (300, 310) is arranged on the printed circuit board on a side of the punched grid (100). An electrical contact (350) of the electrical component projects through a passage opening in the printed circuit board. The punched grid is arranged between the electrical component and the printed circuit board, and an opening is formed in the punched grid in an area (130) around the electrical contact. The punched grid has a current infeed (110) which comprises a plurality of tongues (111, 112; 113). At least one of the tongues is bendable out of a plane of the punched grid in such a way that two of the tongues form a mutually adjacent common portion (115), which is electrically contactable by an electrical plug connector.

  • Patent number: 7044811
Abstract: A plug contact is provided which comprises a first pin connected to two contact plates arranged parallel to one another. The contact plates are also connected to two further pins which are arranged on a side of the contact plates opposed to the first pin. The three pins are arranged parallel to one another. The two contact plates are connected by connecting elements to the two further pins which are arranged in the region of the connection of the first pin and are guided via a 180° bend to the two further pins. The two contact plates comprise reciprocally associated notches between which a contact region is formed for contacting a contact pin. Owing to the selected geometry it is possible to introduce a contact pin from different directions into the contact region and retain the contact pin.
