The perforated disk (23) has a full passage for a fluid and at least one inlet opening in a bottom functional layer. The perforated disk carrier (21) has a through opening (20), which is directly surrounded by an edge area (35), which is provided with formations (38) that reduce the spring constant of the perforated disk carrier (21).
