  • Patent number: 7631751
Abstract: A cartridge magazines for a handgun, which magazine includes a closed or closable bottom at its lower end and an opening at its upper end, from which one cartridge each is supplied to the handgun, is at least largely surrounded by a single-part, elastic and removable sheath to protect it against soiling and against sand. The sheath is bag-shaped and is slipped over the cartridge magazine upside down so that the rim of the sheath will contact the region of the bottom of the cartridge magazine.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 13, 2006
Date of Patent: December 15, 2009
    Inventors: Wilheim Bubits, Günther Eder
  • Patent number: 7421242
Abstract: A device for post-processing of printed print substrate webs comprises a smoothing device that is arranged immediately after the fixing device. The toner (still hot and doughy in terms of its consistency) is compressed with a predetermined pressure over a width of the print substrate web. It is thus achieved that less abrasion of the toner occurs in the further process and a specifically altered print image is generated.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 9, 2005
Date of Patent: September 2, 2008
    Assignee: Oce Printing Systems GmbH
Inventors: Roland Wolf, Franz Wittmann, Said Youzbachi, Günther Eder, Murat Kader

  • Patent number: 7376383
Abstract: In an electrophotographic printer or copier, toner images of images to be printed onto a printing substrate are generated and fixed, causing sliding characteristics to be worsened. In order to remedy this problem, a moistening device is provided that applies on the printing substrate a moistening agent made from a moistening fluid and a lubricant dissolved therein. Two problems are thus solved: the printing substrate is moistened and simultaneously lubricated.

Date of Patent: May 20, 2008
    Assignee: Oce Printing Systems GmbH

  • Patent number: 5864076
Abstract: A clarinet barrel consists of two parts (2 and 3) screwed into each other. The inner part (2) carries a ring (8) with an outer thread (9) screwed into a ring-shaped part (14) of the outer part (3) provided with an inner thread (15). The inner part (2) has a cylindrical section (4) in which is arranged a sealing ring (21) that seals section (11) of the outer part (3). The bore M has the same size and no steps in the area of the inner bore of the sections (7), in the area of the ring (8) and in the area of a shoulder (16) adjacent to the ring-shaped part (15). The effective length of the clarinet barrel 91) may be changed and the clarinet may be tuned by rotating the parts (2 and 3) against each other.
