A bank insulating layer covering an edge of the first electrode may extend on the over-coat layer of the bezel area. An opening penetrating the over-coat layer and the bank insulating layer may be on the bezel area of the device substrate. A sidewall of the opening may be covered by the second electrode. Thus, the penetration of external moisture through the over-coat layer and the bank insulating layer may be blocked or delayed.
