Abstract: The present application provides a magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction apparatus including a well plate, a magnetic attraction mechanism, a position moving mechanism, and an oscillation mechanism, a supporting base, and a fixing base disposed on the supporting base. The magnetic attraction mechanism includes a magnetic bar fixing base and a magnetic bar movably disposed on the magnetic bar fixing base. The position moving mechanism includes a ball screw and a driving motor; two ends of the ball screw are respectively connected to the magnetic bar fixing base and the driving motor. The oscillation mechanism includes a carrier and a main oscillation unit connected to the carrier. The main oscillation unit includes a motor spindle, an eccentric column, and a connecting base.

Abstract: A voice authentication system using a removable voice ID card comprises: at server side, a voiceprint database for storing the voiceprints of all authorized users; a voiceprint updating means for updating the voiceprints in said voiceprint database; and a voiceprint digest generator for generating a voiceprint digest according to a request from a client; at client side, a voice ID card for storing the voiceprint of an authorized user; a validation means for validating the voiceprint in the voice ID card on the basis of the voiceprint digest from the server; an audio device for performing voice interaction with a user; and a voice authentication means for determining whether the voiceprint from said voice ID card is of the same speaker as the voice from said audio device. The present invention can significantly avoid the abuse of a voice ID card when it is lost or stolen by using the voiceprint digest stored at server side to verify the voiceprint in the voice ID card.

Abstract: It is made possible to promptly determine an accurate parting line. Two-dimensional projection means produces two-dimensional projection data by projecting edges of a product shape represented by three-dimensional graphic data onto a plane perpendicular to a mold opening direction. Parting line determination means sequentially determines, out of candidate edges contiguous to a determined parting line already determined as parting line, a candidate edge forming a largest interior angle with the determined parting line at a contact point therewith on the two-dimensional projection data, as the parting line. This makes it possible to determine a parting line of a mold for molding the product shape represented by the three-dimensional graphic data.
