The aluminum alloy sheet includes 0.4-0.8% of Si, 0.1-0.35% of Fe, 0.08-0.2% of Mn, 0.45-0.9% of Mg, and ?0.2% of Cu, with the total weight percentage of Mn and Cu being ?0.2%. The preparation method includes subjecting raw materials to melting and casting, homogenization treatment, hot rough rolling, hot finish rolling, and cold rolling sequentially, to obtain a cold rolled sheet, then carrying out heat preservation at 550-560° C. for 20-30 seconds and 60-70° C. for 20-28 hours. The preparation method includes subjecting raw materials to casting to obtain an ingot, where the Ti is added through an Al-5Ti-1B intermediate alloy at 750-770° C.; subjecting the ingot to homogenization treatment at 500-520° C. for 3-5 h; and subjecting the ingot to hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing.
