  • Patent number: 11977336
Abstract: A method for improving a process model for a patterning process, the method including obtaining a) a measured contour from an image capture device, and b) a simulated contour generated from a simulation of the process model. The method also includes aligning the measured contour with the simulated contour by determining an offset between the measured contour and the simulated contour. The process model is calibrated to reduce a difference, computed based on the determined offset, between the simulated contour and the measured contour.

  • Publication number: 20240092013
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of in situ 4D printing of high-temperature materials including 3D printing a structure of an ink including a precursor. The structure is treated with controlled high energy flow to create a portion which has a different coefficient of thermal expansion/thermal shrinkage ratio. The structure is heated and the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion creates an interface stress to cause a selected level of deformation. Alternatively, two structures with different coefficients of expansion/thermal shrinkage ratio may be printed. Thermal treatment of the two structures creates an interface stress to cause a selected level of deformation.

  • Patent number: 11934340
Abstract: In accordance with implementations of the subject matter described herein, there provides a solution for multi-path RDMA transmission. In the solution, at least one packet is generated based on an RDMA message to be transmitted from a first device to a second device. The first device has an RDMA connection with the second device via a plurality of paths. A first packet in the at least one packet includes a plurality of fields, which include information for transmitting the first packet over a first path of the plurality of paths. The at least one packet is transmitted to the second device over the plurality of paths via an RDMA protocol. The first packet is transmitted over the first path. The multi-path RDMA transmission solution according to the subject matter described herein can efficiently utilize rich network paths while maintaining a low memory footprint in a network interface card.
