  • Patent number: 8153089
Abstract: An exhaust filter system, adapted for removing substances entrained in an exhaust gas from a nonroad engine, includes a casing having a filter cavity for communicating with an exhaust outlet of the generator and a filter core which includes a plurality of filtering loops, each having a plurality of air pores, coaxially received in the filter cavity, a plurality of filtering spacers each having a plurality of air meshes and positioned between each two filtering loops to define a plurality of air passages therebetween, and a catalyzing element for chemically reacting with the substances of the exhaust gas. Therefore, when the exhaust gas passes through the air passages of the filter core, the exhaust gas is evenly diffused to the filter cavity through the air pores and the air meshes so as to enhance a chemical reaction of the exhaust gas with the catalyzing element.

  • Patent number: 7126234
Abstract: A multi-functional power source includes a generator and an engine arrangement to drive a crankshaft to rotate. The generator includes a generator housing, a rotor which couples with the crankshaft and includes a magnetic element coaxially and rotatably disposed within the generator housing and defining a magnetic cavity within the magnetic element, and a coil assembly coaxially disposed within the magnetic cavity such that when the magnetic element of the rotor is driven to rotate, the coil assembly is adapted for producing the induced electric power. An output axle, having an output end, is integrally extended from the crankshaft to a position out of the generator housing such that when the crankshaft drives the output axle to rotate, the output end of the output axle is adapted for producing an external mechanical power simultaneously when the generator produces the induced electric power.

  • Patent number: 6119636
Abstract: A portable gasoline generator, constructed with an engine and a generator, provides a lightweight and compact size for easy storage and carrying by minimizing its weight and size of the alternator (generator) thereof. The generator includes a generator case which houses a stator and a rotor unit that is coaxially coupled with a driving end of the crankshaft. The rotor unit includes a rotor cap and a plurality of arc-shaped rotor magnets made of rare-earth metal circularly attached to an inner circumferential surface of a surrounding ring of the rotor cap. The rotor cap is constructed to function as an exhausting fan by puncturing a plurality of fan wings aligned radially and forming a plurality of fan vents thereon. The stator is coaxially affixed to a generator cup of the generator case, wherein the stator is coaxially positioned within the rotor cap that the rotor magnets are arranged to coaxially surround the stator.
