A light source is mounted in the electric apparatus groove, and the diffusion cover is clamped with the lamp body. The base is embedded in the mounting groove and is provided with a wiring terminal, which is connected to the light source through a power coupling module. The power coupling module comprises a socket portion and a connector portion. The socket portion is connected to the light source, the connector portion is connected to the wiring terminal, and the base is clamped with the lamp body. According to the present disclosure, the base with light weight and small volume is fixed on the ceiling first, and then the lamp body is clamped with the base, which achieves convenient assembly and disassembly.
