Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is the use of Crassifolin A in promoting mitophagy and treating neurodegenerative diseases. According to the present invention, experiments show that the diterpene compound Crassifolin A can significantly increase mitophagy levels, promote the removal of damaged mitochondria, maintain homeostasis in cells, and has potential effects of treating neurodegenerative diseases and other related diseases; moreover, Crassifolin A is a small-molecule compound that can easily penetrate through the blood-brain barrier to reach the brain so as to play a role, can be extracted from a Thickleaf croton root medicinal material, has the advantages of abundant medicinal sources, easy availability, low drug toxicity and few side effects, and has a good application prospect in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

Abstract: Ganoderma lucidum spore oil and use thereof in the preparation of anti-cancer-related fatigue medicaments are provided. The content of triglycerides in the Ganoderma lucidum spore oil is greater than 90%. Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids are not detected. The Ganoderma lucidum spore oil is extracted by means of supercritical CO2, eluted with a silica gel column and a mixed solution of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate, concentrated under reduced pressure and vacuum-dried. The Ganoderma lucidum spore oil is highly effective in mitigating cancer-related fatigue, has good safety, and can be used in the preparation of medicaments for treating cancer-related fatigue.

When a problem occurs in a device of a service processing subsystem, as long as an IP address, which is mapped to the network device, in the previous level network device is mapped to a corresponding device of another service processing subsystem, and the corresponding device in another service processing subsystem acts as a backup device to process a service of the device in which the problem occurs, thus enabling simple and fast starting of a backup device when a problem occurs in the original device.
