    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to ensuring a plasma plume or cloud that forms during a laser cutting process does not lead to undesired re-deposition of material onto the substrate. At least one electrode is biased to draw the electrons of the plasma plume or cloud towards the electrode and away from the substrate. A vacuum port and/or a blower may be strategically located to ensure proper gas flow away from the substrate and hence, directing of the electrons away from the substrate. In so doing, material re-deposition is less likely to occur.

    Abstract: A semiconductor wafer includes semiconductor dies and laser grooves formed in the scribe lines along the long edges of the semiconductor dies. A laser groove extends between the long edges of two adjacent semiconductor dies to encompass the corners of the two adjacent semiconductor dies. This prevents die cracking, for example during backgrind of the wafer. Moreover, the absence of laser grooves along the short edges of the semiconductor dies prevents die cracking, for example along short edges of dies overhanging empty space that are stressed during portions of the packaging process.

    Abstract: A container isolation method for a netlink resource includes receiving, by a kernel executed by a processor, a trigger instruction from an application program. The method also includes creating, by the kernel according to the trigger instruction, a container corresponding to the application program, creating a netlink namespace for the container, and sending a notification to the application program indicating that the netlink namespace is created. The method further includes receiving, by the kernel, a netlink message from the container, wherein the netlink message comprises entries generated when the container runs. The method additionally includes storing, by the kernel, the entries based on an identifier of the netlink namespace for the container, to send an entry required by the container to user space of the container.

The method includes: determining topology information of each of a plurality of smallest management units pods in a load balancing cluster to which a first node belongs, where the plurality of pods are distributed on at least two nodes; determining a weight of each of the plurality of pods based on the topology information of each pod; and selecting a target pod from the plurality of pods based on the weight of each pod, where the target pod is configured to process a currently to-be-processed task in the first node. In embodiments of this application, network overheads can be reduced when a task request is allocated.
